Welcome to the bauma Innovation Award!
Every three years, bauma is the innovation driver for the international construction equipment, building material and mining machinery industries. No other trade fair showcases so many new and further developments.
The head organisations of the German construction industry, the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) and the trade fair organiser Messe Munich use this as an occasion to present the bauma Innovation Award in the run-up to bauma.
With the award, organisers honour research and development teams of companies and universities who have developed cutting-edge technology of high practical use to market-readiness for the construction equipment, building material and mining industries, focusing on the environment, resources and human beings in general.

bauma Innovation Award 2013: Call for Applications
Frankfurt, 22 March 2012 - VDMA, the German Engineering Federation, the head associations of the German construction industry and Messe München take the opportunity of bauma, the world's leading trade fair for construction and building material machinery, construction vehicles and tools as well as mining equipment to honour forward-looking technology with the bauma Innovation Award. Applications can be submitted from 2 April to 31 August 2012. bauma is held in Munich from 15 to 21 April 2013.
